TWO COPIES FOR ME ARRIVED: CoH 20822 (Kickstarter version) and CoH 22344
The Kickstarter cover looks like it was printed with low-res art and the characters are generally blurry. Both covers are light and I see how they look faded, but I'm pretty sure it's just the way they were designed.

Yeah, it looks like it was printed with an inkjet printer.
