Only 48 hours left on this one. I caved and backed it. I was skeptical about one guy doing everything, but it looks like he's outsourcing some of the tasks (like music) with the kickstarter money. As far as wanting to back it, I guess I just can't say no to pretty graphics  .
Craaaap, how did I miss this. :(
Holy crap! Development for that game began on the ZX Spectrum!

That dude is seriously dedicated.

The ZX spectrum games really show how passionate this guy is and has been about making this game.

The game got funded and greenlit on steam, so it should be pretty easy to access when it comes out.

New Shantae game from WayForward! Need I say more?
What's this? More money to throw away? Okay...
Mighty No. 9 and Shantae have my kickstarter money this month.

I hope Shantae gets funded because I want her on Steam.

Stumbled upon this earlier today, and was instantly impressed. Luckily it's already exceeded it's initial funding goal. Looks really interesting, and I was particularly fond of the music.

You dont have to. My view on videogame kickstarters is if they cant make their limit, I will give, but if not I will just wait till it is released. Every kickstarter I backed was delayed and only one has paid out so I am very jaded on backing them, though I love to see what is happening with them.
