I liked Centipede, quite a bit actually.
Did you play w/2 players at all? Much easier and much funner.

I'm with Mike, I actually find the game rather fun and enjoyable. One of my most recent DC titles to add to my respective library.
Just read the review... Ouch! Well its not for everyone I suppose. But big ups on mentioning the additional feature of having the original arcade release. Its def a wonder extra

Re: noiseredux vs. Dreamcast
Was actually just playing MvC the other day. I really prefer MvC2, though. Not that the original doesn't have it's merits--in a lot of ways I prefer the more straightforward, more simplistic, and sharper presentation of MvC--but in terms of game play experience I just prefer what MvC2 offers.

Ha. I literally just played this last night, just excellent.
I've been playing all the vs. games as of late; I still think that X-Men vs. SF is my favorite Marvel/Capcom iteration.
Good review, brother.

Actually I was thinking the same thing about X-men vs Street Fighter also. It would be about 50 times better if Sakura were in the roster, but I guess time travel is a pretty hard thing to do in the development process. As much as I love Sakura, I really hate the character roster in MvSF: Do we really need Ryu, Ken, Akuma, Sakura AND Dan taking up five of the nine street fighter spots? Not to mention Norimaro--an interesting cameo, but why--taking up one of the Marvel spots.

Re: noiseredux vs. Dreamcast
Thanks dood. XMvSF and MSH are ones I haven't played yet. Though if we're talking all the Capcom Vs. games, I'd say that Capcom Vs. SNK is my all time favorite. Or CVS2. Or both. Haha.foxhound1022 wrote:Ha. I literally just played this last night, just excellent.

Haha. I hate that shit. If Akuma is in a game then I don't even both with Ken, Ryu, Dan, etc.pierrot wrote: As much as I love Sakura, I really hate the character roster in MvSF: Do we really need Ryu, Ken, Akuma Sakura AND Dan taking up five of the nine street fighter spots?
