Have you seen some of the shovelware that they release for the Wii and NDS? There is no way that Nintendo would have licensed those in the old days.

I collect complete sets but only for Sega games released in NA. If you check my blog, in my sig line it actually shows my progress. I currently have 32x, Saturn, Master System and Sega CD complete. My approach to tackling libraries is collecting first the games I want to play, then I collect niche and rare items, then I go for subsets. With Genesis I just completed the cardboard box library, and I am one game away from the Black Box Grid games, then I will finish renovation titles. With Saturn I went after RPGs first, then shooters. I just moved so I don't have a good shot of my complete sets up but I don't think complete sets look ugly, in fact I hate the way a set looks until it is complete.
