Nice to see so many Wii exclusives, I always feel like multi-platform games shouldn't count for lists like this unless that particular version is unique in some way (like the Ghostbusters game)

Mario Strikers Charged

While not the sharpest looking graphics wise and it would of benefited from having the option to use the classic controller, it is a fun sports game. It has the weird balance of still feeling like a well controlled soccer game where it is unlikely you are going to score super high but all the moves and environments really send it over the top and make it extra intense. A fun game in the Mario Sports franchise and even a a fun sports game in general. There is something so satisfying about powering up a a hammer bro and unleashing a string of hammers on the goalie before making a goal. It even has online play!

Baroque. This old Sting game is dope. Fucked up dungeon crawler.

Thought I was the only one who loved this. Technically, it's not a sexy triple-A game... but the twisted story that you have to unravel is great and the dungeon crawling is awesome too. Rogue-likes are one of my favorite genres, and Wii was the only console to represent this generation.

...
Shiren The Wanderer

Confirmed. This is another niche title that many people won't enjoy... but if it's your niche then it's awesome. I was going to add this game myself, but figured I had already put enough games on the list.
:D

Virtual high five!

SNK Arcade Classics

Can anybody vouch for Sakura Wars or Tales of Symphonia 2 as well? I have the latter but it's lost in backlog. I don't want this list to finish without exclusives/not on HD consoles-forgot on PS2 games. Like, Guitar Hero 3? Monopoly? Carnival Games? Are you fucking kidding? I have played all of these games (save for Monopoly, but come on- really?) and I am embarrassed to see them on this list (sorry if this seems trolly, I speak from the heart!).

I'm surprised somebody hasn't said Ninjabread Man or Wii Music yet...

I think we've exhausted the physical releases, so...

Excellent addition to the Castlevania series. Harkens back to the older games: no weapon upgrades, slow walking speed, linear progression with little exploration, and tough as nails.

Personally I want this list to be physical only...and so does the TC.

And I guess while we're at it:

Both are buried in my backlog. With Xenoblade still taking up all of my Wii time, neither will get played soon. I've heard good things about Sakura Wars, less so about Symphonia 2... but haven't played either enough to make a meaningful comment or recommendation.

With all due respect, there are a handful of great physical releases that nobody has mentioned yet. I can help fill in some of those gaps if nobody else is going to.

86. Geometry Wars Galaxies - Not just a remake of the XLBA hit, but a game that pushed the idea to it's limits. Any fan of chasing high scores or just enjoying manic arcade action needs this game.

87. Final Fantasy Fables Chocobo's Dungeon - What happens when you take a rogue-like and inject near-lethal levels of cuteness? Although it seems friendly there is still plenty going on with this game and it's a lot of fun.

88. Dokapon Kingdom - Half board game, half video game, all mayhem. A definite niche title because of the slow pace, but if you enjoy games filled with griefing then this Atlus-published troublemaker (advertised as "The Friendship-Destroying Game") shouldn't be missed. Who needs Mario Party minigames when you can be fueled by pure spite?

89. Dawn of Discovery - Let's face it: Ubisoft doesn't have the best reputation after releasing a mixed bag of games on Wii. Unfortunately that means this hidden gem was missed by most gamers. Explore, colonize, fight, and micro-manage to your heart's content.

90. Sonic Colors - Another game that might've been ignored due to pedigree... although if you ignored it you missed out on possibly the best Sonic game since the Genesys days. Bright, beautiful, and surprising fun.

91. Rabbids Go Home - A simple platformer that emphasizes item collection and humor. Great sound and music, actually funny to play, and completely devoid of mini-games.

That is the final game that I'll add... unless people can't come up with enough to fill out the list. In that case, I could volunteer more.

I could easily come up with another 10-15 solid titles but I'm going to list three additional games and leave it at that.

Batman: The Brave and the Bold - The Videogame - A "licensed" game that is actually fun. It's a bit on the short and easy side but it's also got humor, great co-op, it was solidly put together, and it's a Wii/DS exclusive. Plus if you have the DS version the 2nd player can play as Bat Mite helping or hindering the first player. How awesome is that? Don't pass on this one thinking it's just a kiddy title or a cheap cash in.

Image

Endless Ocean: Blue World - Take the beauty of the original Endless Ocean and throw in more action/adventure moments and you get this beautiful Wii exclusive. I personally like this better than the first but both are quality titles.

Image

LEGO Movie Games - I realize I'll likely get some derision from this and I know this is technically cheating since I'm listing 8 games in one listing but every Wii owner should have at least one of these titles in their library. Whether you're whip slinging with Indy, fighting bad guys/gals with Batman, casting magic at Hogwart's, fighting intergalactic space battles, or looking for pirate booty these games are solidly put together and filled with a great sense of whimsy and humor that make them fun for everyone. With easy drop in and drop out co-op these are also great games to play with the kids or with other friends who don't have a bunch of time or patience. Most importantly is that these games are fun.

Let's see i think I will finally add a few, since I own over 200 wii titles i got to have some good ones not listed yet.

Battalion Wars 2: while the first was better this is still a pretty good sequel that motion controls help.

Broken Sword: Shadow of the Templars: This has to be the best version of this game, added chapters, added voices, added visuals. The only thing bringing this one down is the deaths were taken out, and the new voices sound louder than the old ones.

Data East Arcade Classics This game is worth it alone for the addition of Heavey Barrel and Bad Dudes.
Where's my chippy? There's my chippy.
