Holy shit, now that's dedication.

Got 4 more hours in and beat the first dungeon. Died three times on the boss fight, but I finally got my dodge timing down  Now I'm looking for...missing children? I guess Skyloft needs a better police force.

I suck at finding heart pieces. I think I left one behind in the first temple, but I'm too tired now to go back through it to get to it >_< I'm with ninjainspandex. I need a guide for those things.

I would love to add my own thoughts about this game but I have been having a really hard time finding myself a copy.

I have a Japanese Wii so I have to buy the Japanese version. Normally that's fine. I prefer the Japanese versions after all. The problem is, for some reason, this game is extremely hard to find. It's not like it's sold out everywhere. All of the normal places I buy games from never even got it in stock! This game is arguably the biggest and best game ever, and they don't even get it in stock? What's going on?

The main 3 online import stores that I buy from never got any copies in. Ebay? Nothing. I got fed up, so I just ordered it from a 3rd party Amazon Japan seller. That means I have to ship to my Japanese address and use a proxy company.

The total price this game will cost me (bundle version) is $183. (>_<)

They never even got it in stock. I had it set up to notify me via email if it was ever available. They never even opened up pre-orders.

I dunno why all of my usual import stores never got the Zelda bundle in. It's like Nintendo went out of their way to stop people from importing it.

I'm thankful for proxy services. I would have no way to get it otherwise.

I want the Japanese game, soundtrack and Wiimote Plus. I could mod my Wii and play a downloaded copy I guess, but that still wouldn't get me all the things I want to own. I also want to give Nintendo money for this because I am weird like that.

Understood. Just figured the US release might not be a bad option. Once you make your Wii region free you can play the retail disc without a hitch. :) I do it for my Japanese Wii games. And eventually for the PAL release of Xenoblades.

Y'know, the further I get in this game, the more impressive this is. I'm about 40 hours in now, and ignoring the fact that I've done a lot of sidequesting and exploring, I'm still a least a little while from the end. He must have really zoomed through!

Just beat the earth temple and got through the first part of the next area, taking my time now and exploring a bit between major sections. I feel that the boss of the earth temple wasnt very hard, just a little tedious, nothing like the first boss.

The lizard baddies in the earth temple put up quite a fight too, really have to wait for the right opening to take them down. As of my save tonight I have 10 hours in so far.
