Not really. You'd buy it for the same reason I probably will: it is the best edition and you hate DLC.

You are correct about the hating DLC part. I would prefer a physical release if I were interested in the game. I guess I'm just not sold on it being any better than SSF4. I'm not really impressed by any of the new characters.
