Re: Bay Area, CA Racketboy member's meet up planning - who's in?
Shore. Now to another area of this topic, it would be awesome if in addition to taking pictures (I have a camera I can use, it's the same one I used to take pics of the place), if someone can bring a high-def camcorder (or one that is of really good quality) so we can film some of our moments
Edit: PM sent. Perhaps we should list who is bringing what on the initial post as well such as consoles/food/a TV, whatever.

I suck at all the games mentioned (except shmups).
I don't know what I could bring, just let me know!
10AM is kinda early tho! I'll try to get my lazy ass up!

You don't have to come that early if you need your beauty sleep.hashiriya1 wrote:10AM is kinda early tho! I'll try to get my lazy ass up!

Re: Bay Area, CA Racketboy member's meet up planning - who's in?
Alright I probably won't be there right at 10:00 (college student = no sleep
) but I'll definitely be there, hopefully no later than 11:00 or 12:00. How late is this going? It doesn't matter too much to me, but I'd like an idea of what time we'll need to vacate your house!
What I can bring:
Pen Pen Triicelon (DC)
Cel Damage (GC)
California Speed (N64)
How many GC controllers do we have? I can bring one, as well as a couple extension cables.
I can also bring extension cables for N64 controllers, I believe I have 2 or 3.
I've also got some DC lightguns and HoTD 2
I've got a fairly large number of DC, N64, and Genesis games, and a decent number of SNES games, and I'd be happy to bring whatever people want, I just don't want too much overlap, because that's always annoying!

I'm definitely bringing my AV Famicom along with my Powerpak and a Four Score. I only have two normal NES controllers, but that shouldn't be a problem since ATB has a few spares. I might bring my PC Engine Duo with Bomberman '94 and Salamander as well, but I'll need a multitap since I have three PC Engine controllers but no multitap.
Own: 2600, 2DS, 2DS XL, 360 S, 5200, 7800, 800, 800XL, AES, Amiga 600, C64, C64C, CV, DC, Duo-R, GB, GBA, GBA SP, GBC, GBP, Genesis 2, GG, JP SMS, Lynx, Mark III, Mega CD II, MD, MSX2+, N64, NES, NES top loader, Nomad, PCE, PSX, PS2, RetroUSB AVS, SAT, SFC, SG-1000 II, SMS, SNES mini, Switch, TE, Twin Fami, VIC-20, Wii, XEGS

Re: Bay Area, CA Racketboy member's meet up planning - who's in?
I have to verify my work situation next week because I found out I am working at a different location during Dec. I will let you know if something changes for me. Here is everything I am bringing so sevin can update the first post:
-xbox 360 w/ one controller and one blanka fight pad, Raiden IV and Deathsmiles (hard drive has a crap ton of amazing titles like Ikaruga, gunstar heroes, sonic 2 & 3, ssfIIhd remix, etc.)
-SF 3rd strike dc and two dreamcast controllers
-PS2 street fighter stick and two sf fight pads with sf alpha anthologies so we can play alpha 2 gold
, also Raiden III and guilty gear xx
-Streets of Rage 2 gen because it is the best beat em up ever
I am also thinking about bringing blazblue if anyone is interested. I have the first one for 360 or continuum shift for ps3 if arnold has one.

If someone's got a couple more PC Engine controllers in addition to a multitap, we can have 5 player Bomberman instead!sevin0seven wrote:i love Bomberman! i have the SNES version and i have a Hudson multitap with four controllers. should i bring mine instead?ApolloBoy wrote:I'm definitely bringing my AV Famicom along with my Powerpak and a Four Score. After we sort out who's bringing what consoles, I'll make sure the stations get prepared. Should we hook one console per TV?
