"Yah for button mashing" indeed.

I obviously take the Mortal Kombat Test Your Might approach to finesse mech games.

I used the Redline approach to beat Squeaks with nothing but fierce kick in SF3. It's a proven method.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Yeah, I used it on you in Nighwarriors. I guess it does work. Shit man, let's go to EVO!

Ok, scratch that then. LOL

edit: Maybe us CTX locals should put together a X-mas gathering. I don't celebrate the season (personal reasons, religion has nothing to do with it), but it would be fun to get together for a few hours and do a secret Santa with a twist. I say we draw names and buy the shittiest games we can find for each other.

I'd be down for that. I'd also be down for a November mini-meet. Get together and be thankful for 2D fighting games.

I'm down for anything. It doesn't even need to be a special occasion or a nationally observed holiday, haha.

Or, if necessary, we can make our own holidays, like "Segamas." Merry Segamas To All!

Speaking of Christmas, though, the ultimate Christmas action movie, Die Hard, will be playing at the Alamo Drafthouse Ritz Theater (downtown Austin) in December. This particular screening is supposed to have "free cap guns and live explosions in the theater."

For those so inclined...
