I do not want to be an asshole but that does indeed look like a reseal. PS1 games had the plastic that folded over on the edges. In that pic it does not look like that from what I saw on the edge pic. Could just be the pic though.

Sega SC-3000H (Boxed), but missing the controller.
I have been on the hunt for mark 1 games, and a sc3 controller, games cost quite a lot and controllers I have had zero luck with, what do with think its worth?

It says "game.com" right on the boxes. That's a relatively obscure handheld from the late 90s, whose graphics and sound were only marginally better than Tiger handhelds.
