It's alright. I think the same about regular meat.
@BoringSupreeze
Yeah, it's grown in labs from tissue. They say it will be the best tasting meat of your life, since they can remove all of the negative environmental factors that affect the taste. Also, there'd supposedly be significantly less disease to worry about and something like no fats. That last one could be off though.

Time to get a new cat.
Here's my old cat Midnight.

She has been missing for about three weeks now. I think she is dead but part of me is hoping that she made it to Vegas somehow and is playing high-stakes poker with the head of the Russian mob.
R.I.P. old friend. Hopefully we shall meet again in another realm of existence.
^Sweet cat! Black cats are awesome. They unfortunately have a harder time getting adopted though. Superstition is still alive and well . I know you probably have, but I'd scan the shelters like crazy. Not all of them scan for microchips and sometimes they're hard to find. Also, if your data was out of date they have no way of contacting you. I volunteer at an animal shelter sometimes, and there are many animals in there that come in with out of date microchips and end up staying and being put up for adoption .

She didn't have any identifying tag or chip though... Never hurts to look around once more though.
If I can't find her I'll probably adopt a cat from a shelter just to save one from eventually being killed .
Yeah . Maybe check craigslist or some sort of site like it too. Some people keep animals they find and try to seek out owners themselves before keeping them or giving them to a shelter. I'm sure you know that too though. Best of luck. On the bright side, you might get the opportunity to give another cat a good life .

I had no idea about that. I've always wanted a black cat, ever since I was little. Closest I've ever managed to come is a gray cat.

There's several feral cats that live around my house, a couple of them pretty much live on my back deck. There's one in particular that looks just like that black cat. We call him Rapta Man. He's strangely (because he's feral) very affectionate towards humans. I pet him all the time. There's another pooffy grey one that's still a kitten, also loves to be pet.
We've gotten the shelter to take some cats, but they only take them if they're sick. There's even more cats that we've found homes for when they were kittens. We're considering taking in Rapta Man, mostly because he's such an awesome cat. I don't know if we can take in two though, but the pooffy one (Poof Flex 5000) needs a home.
Any one that lives close to me (Long Island) that wants a cat, let me know! I'm actually gonna put up some fliers at work, so I have some pics of Poof Flex.
Have you tried Little Shelter in Huntington? My wife used to work there like 10 years ago but I'm pretty sure they'll take them still. Feral cats are a huge problem on LI, there's like 10 of them at my apartment complex right now. I have 4 cats so I'm not looking to take any in any time soon but if Little Shelter can't take them then I can also ask a friend of my family who takes in cats if she has room and get back to you if she can. Also try PAWS.
I am addicted to video games, especially retro gaming from my era. I have: NES, SNES, Nintendo 64, Gamecube, Gameboy, GBA, Wii, Sega Genesis, Sega CD, Dreamcast, PS1, PS2, Xbox, and Xbox 360. I have probably over 1,000 games in total for all these systems combined. Yes, I need help and I wouldn't have it any other way! This is my passion and hey my wife still loves me!!
