i found this in my mail box this morning....

sorry Nintendo but you made a mistake of not bringing this state side, but least i paid for a legit copy!

i just had to hack my Wii to play it lol.

i like how you put the real disc in and went to the disc channel like you can play it from there, or did you region mod that specific wii?

So I work at Target and we have some Atari pint glasses that were originaly priced at $19.99 that just went clearance for $4.98. I picked up two today. There are 4 glasses with designs from four games being: Asteroids, Missle Command, Tempest, and Centipede. Pick them up while they last! Success! At my Target there was no clearance end cap and I found one set still sitting with the other novelty pint glasses. The clearance sticker on them still says $9.98 which I would have happily paid anyway since I'd considered them at $20 anyway, but they rang up $4.98 at the register.

I think I'll ask my parents to check their Target anyway if they're going anytime soon and get a second set.

Second Target store only had one set, a remote search only showed one more set at another Target in the whole county. Too far away, so I settled for the slightly damaged box. Since these were already a clearance item at $9.98, very likely at the clearance end cap or buried in receiving.

I'm a firm believer of breaking the seal on video games, but in this case the rum and coke can go in another glass. Keeping these CIB on display at the wall unit.

ordered Ninja Storm 1 from Amazon for 15 bucks including shipping. Didn't realize it was the limited edition when I got it. Came with everything. This is my third time. Yea, I actually bought and sold limited edition twice in the past.

Edit: I also want to point out that the manual for the limited edition is actually in color as opposed the regular edition that is black and white.

priiloader lets you get rid of region locking so you can play it from the disc channel, cool huh?

i can just go into usbloader and do it that way... but thats not as cool!

i never knew that, priiloader is dangerous, i bricked my wii for a couple minutes.

However, the used media market there kicks MAJOR ass.

And the strangeness of CD renting. The Takkyu Ishino CD I got recently off ebay is a former rental per the stickers on the disc and case.

Nothing strange about it with those prices. That, plus making copies is not illegal over there. Hence the renting...

Interesting, I thought piracy, though not illegal, was considered highly unethical - even making backups of you own games. That was from a conversation I had with a guy I got my DUO-R from.
