When I was headed to the dentist this morning I saw the 747 and shuttle turn to go land at Ellington Field east of Houston.

My grandmother likes those gummy orange slices and peppermint leaves. I have to admit I've always had a thing for those things. Back when she lived on her own, she always had a bowl full of that random ribbon candy that was usually stuck together.

My no longer living grandma had Hershey kisses and mini Hershey's bars. Once she had Reese's pieces filling a entire bowl because she knew I loved them. ;3

I've yet to meet a Grandmother that wasn't a gem. I'm lucky that my Grandmother is fond of fresh Circus Peanuts and Bulls-eye candy, but I'm more than familiar with the sticky striped candy jar.

Nothing wrong with fresh circus peanuts, but they have a horrible reputation. They are just orange marshmallows with more density.

My grandmother didn't, but my gradfater always had a huge stash of jellybeans and other candies nearby.

He was diabetic, but dammit he loved candy.

You know, I've come to terms with the fact that I will never own an Amiga machine of any sort. They're far too rare and expensive to find here in North America, and if I were to buy one from Europe, where they are cheap and plentiful, the shipping costs would make it just as expensive.

At least you guys have TG-16 games.

Never ever seen one of those here in Europe...
