Do you have your washing machine upstairs?

Yes, that is where the laundry room in my house is located. I didn't think much of it until disaster struck. I have actually never had a washer leak and flood before this year.

We've had them a couple of times, considering we push our washing machines and dryers until the point they burst into fire. (I'm not joking either.)

Personally, I've always been a fan of having the wash room being away from the house or in a room that is partially separate for the rest of the house, old school style.

Got my unemployment money today (I've got direct deposit), and I couldn't be happier. Thank God I had two jobs this year. Suddenly, not being on the schedule at Food Lion is a little more tolerable.

Stayed up late last night and slept until noon today.

sniped on Ebay at the literal last second auction ended at 6 cents. I usually have been able to up my bid when I've been sniped but not today I guess. I really want Indigo Prophecy too.

And a smaller I won an auction Wednesday for a sealed Deus Ex: Human Revolution and the seller didn't ship it yet so I probably won't get it until after new years. It sucks because the auction ended at 7 in the morning and I paid for it immediately so I figured it would ship that day meh. Not a big deal by any means it just bugs me.

The post office in my town closed early today at noon. Conner's closed at 2. And Red Drum's still open (it's like a convenience store, with extensive hours (6:30 til midnight) and high prices on a huge bulk of their goods).

$4800 is the estimate on fixing my car so far. Thankfully I'm only going to be out $500 and however long it takes to fix it. I'm lucky they didn't total it.

: Got a couple of cheap games from Gamestop today.

: One of the cases was pretty crappy which of course I couldn't tell at first because there were stickers covering up the crappy part. And the Gamestop employee put a "platinum hits" disc in the (non-platinum hits) case. That's gonna bug me...

I guess the Ebay guy I was ticked about not shipping my game did ship. I got it today as I was leaving to go to my grandmas for dinner. Now I have something to do while I have the house to myself for the week.
