If it's the Ps2 or Xbox version, it's certainly not very common. Ps2 version used to be worth a pretty good chunk of change before the online PSN/XBLA version came out and the price plummeted.

But value isn't necessarily rarity.

My rarest item is probably a sealed MegaMan X Collection GameCube controller.
