Reccommended system requirements for the newley released port of Sonic Adventure 2 on PC:
OS:Windows 7
Processor:Intel Core 2 DUO @ 2.4 GHz/Athlon 64 X2 4200+ & above
Memory:2 GB RAM
Graphics:512 MB (NVIDIA GeForce GTS250/ATI Radeon HD 4850) & above
DirectX®:11
Hard Drive:6 GB HD space
Sound:DirectX Compatible
Dreamcast specs:
CPU: 128-bit Hitachi SH-4 RISC processor (200MHz 360 MIPS)
Graphics: NEC CLX2 processor
RAM: 16MB, 8MB Video RAM, 2MB Sound RAM
Game Media: 1.2GB GD-ROM, 12x access speed
Sound: Yamaha 64 channel
Operating System: Custom Windows CE with DirectX support
Optimization fail. Had they ported Sonic Adventure 2 to PC back when it was first re-released on Gamecube, it would have had far lower system requirements while looking and playing pretty much the same.

Either one is fine. Both good.

Whatever it is, I don't want to know. I wish to remember Sonic as he was: as that whirl of blue on the screen and that cute little blue plushie I keep with my other game related plushes.

Very creative, yet disturbed minds.

I'm going to go crawl back into my protective bubble now.

Besides fans on the internet? I recall that in an anime called Genshiken young artists made money and built a reputation for themselves by drawing porn pictures of different anime, manga, video game etc characters, selling them in conventions. That's how some young artists get a job in the industry, first they prove that they can draw by copying other people's works and after they become more recognized they start making their own stuff. I'm not sure if it works like that in real life, but afaik that series is trying to portray otaku culture in a fairly realistic manner.
My WTB thread (Sega CD/Saturn games)
Also looking to buy: Ys III (TG-16 CD), Shadowrun (Genesis) Hori N64 mini pad and Slayer (3DO) in long box/just the long box

That's kind of the point. Rule 34 is "if it exists, there is porn of it." It's pretty much an internet law.

So Saturn games are now reaching prices that border on completely nuts. Seems I sold off the majority of that collection too early. $60+ for Panzer Dragoon Zwei. Freaking nuts I say!

Old PC games are still nice and cheap.

$60?! When I had my Saturn, it was $20. Well, I'm definitely not getting back into Saturn now.
