It may be inconvenient, but if there is any time to brush your teeth 3 times a day, it's when you have braces. Brace-stains aren't fun (luckily mine are minor).
My new exhaust sounds so rad.

Oh, I know. I feel that you can tell a lot about a person through their eyes. In my experience, girls with pretty eyes tend to have qualities I like. And "pretty" is kind of an odd usage here. Its not necessarily color, but more the look of the eye itself. Don't know how to explain. The depth of color, how bright or how shiny, how light hearted, how serious, how playful. I've also known that to be one of the best indicators of lying. Nothing like dilated pupils to throw a hint at you.BoringSupreez wrote:Focus on the person instead of the looks... you'll see their power dissipate pretty quick in most cases.Forlorn Drifter wrote:The amount of power girls with pretty eyes have over me is scary. It seems pretty creepy knowing what they can get me to do. Not to say I'd do anything too dumb, but lets say the level where they could get me to buy them stuff. Not diamonds or cars, but something less expensive... yeesh.

I just ate a quesidilla or however you spell it with my braces. I chewed with my front two teeth and the metal brackets at my back teeth.

One thing I've always realized but never really understood is that people are very self conscious about their hair (if they have any). It's just hair, but damn if you can't shut up a heckler with a haircut diss (or a crack on their teeth is good too).
I don't mind questions about my hand when asked appropriately, but if someone asks "What's wrong with" or "What happened to your hand?", a reply of "What happened to your haircut/teeth?" makes them think twice.
I will admit, I still feel bad about something I said in 1999. If I was "Earl", this would be on my "list". My ECON 3100 professor and I would share friendly sarcastic quips with each other in and outside of class. I'd say he was in his late 40's, and I don't know of a student who didn't like him.
Just another day at class. Students file in, and the professor walks in with shorter hair. As soon as he walked in I said "Nice hair cut, doc. Did you lose a bet or something?". His face turned beet red, some of the students laughed loudly, and the professor put his brief case down, and left the room for maybe five seconds, but it seemed like an hour.
The laughter stopped as soon as he left the room and a few students gave me the stink eye. He and I always busted on each other, but I hurt his feelings, and I still feel awful about it.

I never had any sort of brace stains nor my siblings. Is it because people don't brush well enough or drink too much soda?RyaNtheSlayA wrote:Yeah that about sums it up!SamuraiMegas wrote:I have braces now

I'll never forget eating my first meal after getting braces. It was a hamburger and I could barely eat 2-3 bites. My mouth was so sore.
I always hated when the wires got long and jabbed the sides of my cheeks.
So how much do braces go for these days? My kids will both require them.

Well, it’s not hard to find people and you could always make an ”Earl” move.Luke wrote:...He and I always busted on each other, but I hurt his feelings, and I still feel awful about it.
