Smile: Got into a group interview for EB Games job tomorrow.
Ticked: Well one, EB is a horrible shop which I never shop at. A jobs a job though and at least this one is gaming related.
Two, through Facebook I've determined that at least three other people I know are going to the group interview that don't even game. No one wonder EB has run its self into the ground, no one who works there bloody plays games!

I would always bring my laundry bag and detergent back to my room when I was doing my laundry just in case some asshole stole it. Then just bring the bag back when my laundry was done. Sorry to hear about your stolen basket.YoshiEgg25 wrote:Ticked: Someone stole my laundry basket.
Not like I can say something to my RA or RD, being that neither of them are here...

Pissed: 1 beer is $8 at Uno's, and the food is barely edible and equally over priced.

Ticked - Florida Highway Patrol - not ticket related I will explain in the near future.
Smiled - Might be buying a 1954 Ford F100 tomorrow. Rebuilt 3 on the floor, new everything else. Made to be a daily driver by a guy who is moving very far away and needs to sell by Wednesday. If I get it, the first change I am making is white wall tires:

And yes, for those who know their cars. It is the truck with wood flats in the bed.

Smile: My wife, who is not a gamer in the slightest, left me a voicemail to tell me she just kicked butt at Ms. Pacman.
Smile: I finally played my copy of Genji: Dawn of the Samurai (PS2), which turns out to be an awesome game that I let sit in my backlog for too long.
Smile: I found a sealed copy of Mr. Mosquito (PS2) for $15. It's been on my wishlist for awhile.
BIG BIG BIG Ticked off!!!!!!!!!!!!
Apparently us tax payers are making sure that GE gets a tax credit of $3.2 BILLION dollars (?!?) while we're all told that our services need to be cut because of the poor economy. The shit these mega corps get away with just infuriates me. Why do we let this happen?

The original Uno's in Chicago? I know the food in the chain Uno's is awful, as are the Uno's in airports, but the original Uno's has some great pies.brunoafh wrote:Pissed: 1 beer is $8 at Uno's, and the food is barely edible and equally over priced.
Smile: Had a two hour session of Zombies ate my Neighbors last night. Always a good time.
Bonus Smile: A dear friend of mine is picking up some funky looking Nintendo stuff for me while he's in Hong Kong.
Bummer: I'm relying on three people at work to help finish a few assignments, and I haven't heard back from any of them yet.

The company gets a bad wrap sometimes, but I had really good experiences working for them5 years ago. Remember, every location is very different because of the staff who run it. You can always transfer if one store is not working for you.BRIK wrote:Smile: Got into a group interview for EB Games job tomorrow.

I actually just came from the group interview, there was actually about 40 people there!
All in all though I don't think I went too bad, made the manager laugh a few times (who by the way seems like a really nice guy) and I also lead an argument against PS3 (my group was Xbox). Funny thing is I'm the biggest Sony fanboy ever, so that was kinda ironic...
But yeah fingers crossed.
