first time posting here.

Just finished watching a movie that I just bought this morning at the fleamarket:

The last time I saw this movie was in the late 90's

Its a fantasy/comedy starring the late John Ritter. It involves the main characters being sucked into a TV hell (literally)!

This is a spoof/homage to many tv and movies from the early 90's and If you grew up back then, it brings a smile to your face.

There are so many sly jokes and hidden references in this movie!

Also watching this does have a videogame feel to it as well. Its a plot thats been done before and redone since. But it was still enjoyable.

I also liked the animated sequence in it as well. If you are a fan of Warner Bros Cartoons watch it. The animation is old style yet has a modern feel to it.

Lots of popular movies were released in 1992 and it looks like this one may have been lost between all of them. But give it a chance and you'll be pleasantly surprized.

The new X-Men First Class movie will be titled "Days of Future Past".

That would make a HELLUVA X-Men movie if done right. But at the same time, I'm afraid that a movie would never be able to live-up to such a classic comic story that so many fans adore.

Still awesome. The anime of the 80s and 90s is the best ever, IMO.

In the Mouth of Madness

I'm fairly certain that the premise was fresh when this was first made, but nowadays it's just not as effective. As a horror flick it wasn't scary either, but then it's rare for one to be scary to begin with.

I agree with everything you said, and "First Class" aside, this sequel can't come out soon enough for me.

If executed correctly we may get the best X-Men movie ever * fingers crossed *.

Rambo First Blood

For many people the war is never over, because let's face it war is an immeasurable catastrophe for anyone unlucky to get caught in. Stallone's breakdown epilogue wasn't really great but he's come a long way since his early days.

Get Shorty was better. Andre 3000 had some good scenes, as did Dwayne Johnson, but Get Shorty was definitely better.

Plus, it had Dennis Farina.
