If I squint the top right and left look like they could be scores or displaying lives while the top middle could be a timer. All that red white and blue is throwing me off. My two guesses:

Lolo - NES

Gauntlet - NES

Nope, been at this an hour and have no idea how to even start looking at this image. Theres nothing that resembles....anything

I think theres some sort of info bar at the top left, for scores or something maybe, but thats as far as I got. And the more I look at it, the less convinced I am of that
