No idea how to prepare it yet, but I bought a duck.

Scald the crap out of it then roast it. You should be able to render1-2 cups of duck fat, which is as good as the bird. Score the skin a bit, but don't over do it or you'll screw up the entire bird. Eight slits should do it.
You can glaze it, but wouldn't recommend it as the bird has enough flavor.
That said, is it a traditional duck?

The package said Barbary duck. No idea how traditional that is...
Just ate some. First few bites taste good. Then not so good any more.
Far too sweet to my taste and only good in very small amounts.
Next time I'll just stick with chicken I think.
Still, if you never try, you'll never know. So I'm glad I tried it... ^^

I was very skeptical of their pizza the first time I had it. Buying a raw pizza that's not even frozen? Madness! After taking it out of the oven I could see right away I was wrong. They're better than some fresh pizzas.

I decided to check it out once and just put together a custome pizza. Everything I wanted on it. Turns out all the things I like on a pizza don't taste as good together as I hoped. I went back another time and got 2 pizza's trying to put items that I thought would compliment each other on each and it was glorious.

My house still smells a bit like my homemade chili powder. Not necessarily a bad thing, but it brings on the sneezes.
After making the chili powder I made a tortilla dumpling chili that's always a hit. My buddy Bruce asked if I would bring the chili over for our weekly Walking Dead get together, which I did. Everyone loved it, but Bruce was expecting something more like what you would buy in a can, like a chili topping not a stand alone meal.
So we ended up having Chili and Hamburgers, which was a bit of a red meat overload.
