I have the first one, but I haven't played it yet. Umineko is next on my chopping block for long VNs, but I want to do at least another chapter of Higurashi before Umineko so... Grisaia is going to have to wait a bit for me haha.

I haven't posted a review yet (trying to be careful while typing since my wrists hurt :|), but I really enjoyed Lucy -The Eternity She Wished For-. I thought the story was pretty good and not as predictable as I thought it would be. Only big thing I didn't like was that it crashed once when I exited, and I lost some of my saves. I had already beaten the game at that point, but it was still a bit annoying since I wanted to see the other ending (which I did eventually get after a lot of fast fowarding).

It's a good thing to do. The girl's got good taste.

Aw thanks

And I'm thinking I might play the third chapter of Higurashi next. During the second chapter I was thinking a lot on how much better Umineko was, but it wasn't really enough for me to not want to continue with Higurashi. I'll give the third chapter a fair shot (and maybe the fourth as well since it's shorter), and see if I want to continue from there. If it's pretty similar to the first and second chapters, then I'll just move onto Umineko.

Welp, guess I'm never going to live then, cause I'm not playing that!

I was fine with Saya no Uta, but I can't take too much more gore than that.

Hit up the Steam sale and finally got Lucy, along with Harmonia and the third Higurashi. Looking forward to hitting this shit up.

I think I've realized that I enjoy "kinetic" VNs the best. I don't like replaying game segments to see different branching paths, and I really hate getting stuck with a "bad ending" or whatnot.

Nice, Lucy is really good (or I think so anyway)! I really need to write a review for it already :|

Personally I don't mind non-kinetic VNs, but I tend to make a new save before picking a choice so that probably helps haha.

Started Harmonia last night. It's okay so far, but not nearly as gripping as planetarian was at the beginning.

Who all's played Root Letter? I started this the other night to fill the time until the Switch's launch, and it sucked me in FAST. I was floored by how quickly this story had me hooked and how consistently it's kept me hooked.
