For some reason it shows Stage 4 on the hi-score table, though I was on the Stage 5 boss. I keep screwing up on Stage 4, so that was actually the first time I've reached Stage 5. It seems a fair bit easier than Stage 4, actually. Reckon I should be able to clear this fairly soon...

I have to change my pick for July from Dangun Feveron to something else. Doc was right...it's almost impossible to get a screenshot of your score unless you make the board, which I don't think many of us will be able to do.

Good observation(s), I've only played that game maybe once, and if getting a screenshot cannot happen, we'll have to go with something else. No hurry on your decision, just PM me when you get a chance and I'll announce it here and edit the OP.

Well, I've done it, so it's not impossible.

I'd be disappointed if you did remove it, because I was looking forward to that month, but if you'd prefer to change it to something else then that's ok with me.

Just a thought, though. There is a bonus Caravan mode if you enter a certain code on the title screen. Everyone will at least be able to post a score for that, while those who do manage to score high enough in the main game will have some extra bragging rights.

I think I no-missed the first four stages. So I had a pretty good score from all the bonuses. Stage 5 didn't go quite so well, a couple of cheap deaths and no gold bonus at the end. But I'm reasonably happy with that run (looks like it's good enough for 23rd place in the shmups forum table).

Just a tip for anyone who finds the Stage 2 boss (Madzella) a pain. You can let it time out while it's in its first form, so if you're just playing for survival, that's a good way of going into Stage 3 with max bombs. Your score will suck, though...
