The Tiny Toons game? I have such good memories of that game. It doesn't look too expensive complete on eBay. I think I might get it.

I just started playing The Revenge of Shinobi yesterday. It's my first time playing it outside of fucking around in the first level to test emulator configurations. I gotta say, this game rocks! I've only gotten to Round 5-2, but I'm loving almost everything about it so far. It looks nice, plays well, and has good music. I'm really lovin' the first theme in the second stage. I've already listened to it five times online, it's that good. My only real gripe is that Joe feels kinda stiff especially in regards to his double jump. I've died more than a few times because I hit the C button again too soon/late. Other than that, I'm having lots of fun with this game. Everything fits so nicely together.

Currently working my way through Shinobi 3 back to where i last left off, which was at the start of Round 7.

Man, that last section of Round 3: Body Weapon just before the boss is still the coolest. The fact that you can see his crosshairs makes no sense, but it's still awesome.

Non-purist disclaimer: am playing on PSP. While you sit and judge me, i sit and play Shinobi 3 on the bus. Or on the toilet. Or on a plane. Or anywhere i can sit. So there.

Pfft, who cares if you're emulating? You're playing Shinobi on the toilet. :D

I had the Sega Classics collection that was officially released for PSP, but i recollect not really liking the screen scaling options, so i went with picodrive, so i get almost full screen.

To make myself feel better about emulating, i bought the Sega Megadrive Classic Collection Gold Edition:

But i haven't even installed it, or played any of the games on my PC. :(

I dove into Castle of Illusion last night. This is a precision platformer. Every time I died it was my own fault, not poor controls. This led me to keep retrying my jumps until I timed everything perfectly.

Anyone pick up the 3D Classic games on the 3DS eShop that came out recently? I've been playing Ecco and Shinobi 3, also did a play through of Streets of Rage the other night. They look really great, M2 did an awesome job with everything.
Edit: I still prefer playing on the original hardware of course, but it's really nice to see these classic games in stereoscopic 3D. The depth in Streets of Rage is really cool.
