Still no love on my end, and I'm in Missouri as well. I had the standard edition with fast striker and rush rally as well. Since some of the order was in stock, they charged me up front back in April 2011. And no, they did not ship the other 2 games as a gesture of good will :)

Damn that sucks. I hope you get it tomorrow before the long weekend. It really does seems to be a fun little shooter. Now I just need to post some scores when I get a chance.

Do you guys think stock will run dry soon? Should I pick it up ASAP?

I would say that even if the stock does run dry they will probably do a reprint. Any way if you like shmups I say don't wait to pick it up. The game really is beautiful and I even already understand the scoring system  . Hell, if they would make a Naomi cart I would be first inline.

It took exactly one entire month, but my copy of Sturmwind Finally arrived!

Between this, my purchased finds of a GCN HD component cables, RE2 on N64, and Silent Scope for Dreamcast (so I can finally test that awesome SRC Bio gun I found last week) today was a good day 8)

Arcade mode is 6 stages, Normal mode is 16 stages?

Of the 6 levels selected for Arcade mode - are they identical to six of the stages from Normal mode?

I see you've been playing Normal mode more...why the suggestion then to play Arcade mode?

Also, i thought I'd share some pics of the CE:

I've been playing Normal to unlock extras. Arcade is shorter, yes - but built for score competition. It's a single credit run. Normal let's you select levels and unlimited continues. I stopped playing Arcade until you guys got it so we could start playing for score together. And yes, 6 of the Arcade levels are within the 16 Normal game, though they're mixed up - it's not just the first 6 levels of Normal. Normal has some stages that are just a single boss fight for instance.

1,821,647 - bryan_65 - level 3

After about 10 runs this is my best so far. Oh and Nosie, when you update this thread don't forget to update that Chaos Field score thread too :D .

I was cruising through the game in Arcade mode with no deaths - had 3 or 4 lives stocked up - and then hit (for the first time) the level 4 boss who uses a mean, mean trick that absolutely destroyed me. That part is going to be tough.
