I had read somewhere that this rumor has now been squashed. That Microsoft never said this and doesn't have plans for it. But I don't have a link or anything and I don't remember where I saw it now. Sorry.

Sony spread the rumor in order to make people not buy the new xbox. :P

Or maybe even Nintendo spread the rumor...

All collectors have a right to be outraged about this.

I dont care how good a console's games are if i cant buy used games. I enjoy collecting games far more then actually playing them and i can say this is so stupid. I can only hope that this is not true.

If Microsoft and Sony actually intend on doing this, I hope they're prepared for the outrage that will ensue.

Video games are not copies of Photoshop. They need to stop punishing the consumer.
