I don't think it will happen.. it just wouldn't sell well. Sure, there are lots of fans out there, but that's not enough to support the cost of the game. Plus, I don't think the game would attract new fans. It'd be a shadow behind big name games coming out soon.

But if they do release an HD remake of Shenmue 1 and 2, which I hope they do, I will buy it. If they release Shenmue 3, I will buy it. I just don't see it happening.

And that how i know this gen of gamers suck when the new call of duty or another wannabe resident evil will overshadow a game like shenmue 3.

Funny it's cool to love retro 80's music so every kid does but apparently it's also cool to love crappy games

I'm going to be competely honest..
COD is one of the best four player party games I've ever played... Seriously, gather friends and play World at War. It's fast paced on small maps and will keep you on your toes. One time my friends system linked two 360's together and played 8 players at one house... it was amazing.

Plus, Nazi Zombies on Black Ops/World at War is an amazingly fun co-op expierence. Only downside is it is only two player splitscreen. But 2 tv's + Xbox Live works fine.

But online multiplayer and campaign are fairly boring in my opinion. Excluding campaign for World at War, co-op campaign is amazing.

I don't have any gripes with the first one or even black ops but the new is exactly the same as the other nothing changed period. Yet everyone still supports and buy the same rehashed crap over and over. The company does not bother to change it and stays lazy cause they know people will eat it up regardless if it has the call of duty name.

The problem is really the gamers cause if they let them know there not gonna keep forking out the 60 bucks without some kind of change. Then we would get higher quality games. I'll admit im not a huge shooter fan but there are some like mass effect ehich is very story driven and pretty amazing that are so much better then modern warfair 3.

They act like gamers of today are dumb and honestly we have done nothing to prove them wrong since modern warfair 3 sold almost as high as skyrim which is an amazing game.

I'll also be completely honest.

Any of the Bomberman, Mario Kart or Mario Party games absolutely destroys anything like Call of Duty.

ABSOLUTELY agree!

Now, which Bomberman game should I play? I have Bomberman (NES), Bomberman (PC Engine), Bomberman '93, Bomberman '94, Mega Bomberman, Super Bomberman, Super Bomberman 2, Super Bomberman 3, Super Bomberman 4, Super Bomberman 5, Bomberman GB, Neo Bomberman, Bomberman 64, Bomberman 64 2, Saturn Bomberman, Bomberman Touch, Bomberman Land Wii, Ultra Bomberman...

Usually I prefer Bomberman '93, Saturn Bomberman or Ultra Bomberman.

I can't think of a single reason to play the ones on the 64. I can play 5 players on the SNES and PC Engine ones, and up to 10 players on the Saturn one. I forget how many Ultra on the PS3 has, but it's at least 4 if not more. Unless it's an exclusive game that I want to play (not often, but it's usually Wave Race, F-Zero X, Pilotwings, Sin&Punishment or one of the Aki wrestling games when I do use it), or the best version of something is on the 64, I don't generally touch that system.
