That's cool that you've held on to the truck that long. I keep vehicles until issues get out of hand, learned that from my parents. I don't really get people that change cars every couple of years and treat them like fashion statements. *shrug*

Yeah I don't understand those people either. I feel like people should have more appreciation for their cars, considering the abuse your average car goes through. Unless they're filthy rich enough to buy a car that's intended to be a statement, then its not a statement at all. It doesn't prove anything to roll over a lease.
I'd honestly do the same as you for any other car, but my truck is too special to me to let it go. Lots of memories of really great things you know? I've very attached to it. I know that's not practical, but I can't help it.

It's had quite a few problems, but I do take care of it and the mileage is quite low considering its age. I think it'll be a few years yet before I have to deal with major issues.
