Soft modded Wii is your friend. You can play the Japanese disc release or download it.

Milestone Shooting Collection 2 is the best value, but I prefer individual releases. Plus Illvelo is the only game I wanted from that collection. I'd rather get Radirgy Massive on the 360 (already got it) and the other games on the DC.

On the subject of that... how exactly do you go about it again? I know you can just Google for info but eh. I have the Homebrew Channel installed but I'm not sure what else I have to do. All I want to do is play Xenoblade Chronicles and The Last Story.

This guide is better. Just didn't know if it was kosher to post.
For those wanting to use a USB hard drive, I find that USB Loader GX works a lot better than Configurable USB Loader. Mainly because I can't get Configurable USB Loader to work on either of my Wii consoles at version 4.3U
