Have you ever bought games for consoles you don't own?

I still have an Amiga game sitting in the closet. Couldn't pass by it at Goodwill. I'll play it one day when I get an Amiga.

I also have a TRS-80 game. Bought it by accident - thought it was for the Tandy Color.

Man, a Dreamcast is dirt cheap. I think I remember you saying you only want to find it local, but seriously, you can get on off of forum members or off of ebay for $20 or less.

Bit of irony: My local game store at one time last year had a freakin' shelf full of Dreamcasts behind the counter, but I opted for the SNES Mini that week instead.
