Dude you just gave 3 examples of when Sega WAS on top of the gaming world. :lol: And anyway, aren't you too young to remember any of those things?

Sure Sega has had failures, but they were amazing.

Sega was the "cool" company back in the Genesis era, until the SNES built up momentum and Sega shot themselves in the foot trying to stay in front of it. After that they became this scrappy underdog who just kept on going no matter what. In a way it kind of reminds me of the Macintosh people, though the Sega people don't come off as pretentious douches. Sega did have a lot of cool stuff, but so does Nintendo. I think your perspective really changes once you can afford to have both consoles for a generation.
