The PS3 version is totally playable for non-English speakers. It features all of the oh so great English voice acting in the 360 one, and English menus.

There is still Japanese text through-out, but the game is still 100% playable and beatable. The only problems you'd face would be using the radio for quick travel and reading how to do side quests, and both problems are pretty easily alleviated with the help of the Internet.

You probably already know this, but I'm just saying to people that haven't played it yet and own a PS3, it's very import-friendly.
Really? I thought all of that went dead back in 2009. I read somewhere that they were 90% done around then, but never saw anything further. Who is doing it?
I might have been misinformed.. I had a friend tell me about it about a month ago, but I can't find anything on it. Maybe he didn't know what he was talking about.
Actually I wasn't aware that it was so import friendly. That's awesome, I might have to import it myself. There's hope for us yet, Noise!

As for Echo Night 2, if it's not happening, don't worry about it. I'll just have to get by with all the other awesome games in the series.

Yeah, you guys should definitely consider picking it up. It's unlike anything else out there. Man, I could talk that game up for quite some time. I'll just say that survival horror fans pretty much owe it to themselves to at least try it. It's got a bunch of Silent Hill references too, something I always found very cool. It just sucks that currently the price of admission is so high.

It's probably also worth mentioning that the game is actually called Red Seeds Profile, so naturally that's what the Japan-only PS3 game is titled. If you get the Asian version, it comes with a nice little fold-out manual that explains the controls, amongst other things, in English.

Smile: Beat Panzer Dragoon 2 again for the first time in a while. Such a great game.

Ticked: Some guy on ebay didn't pay for his stuff so I have no money for gas. Then I was told I wouldn't be hired at Office Depot earlier this afternoon. Balls. I'm broke. :?

Smile: Someone pointed out to me that the Flintstones had no reason to celebrate X-mas :P

Frown: Ran out of cheddar cheese at the work cafeteria, so the cook put blue cheese in my chicken wrap :?
If you aren't having a good time, why are you playing?

I never thought about it before. Hmmm...

Smile: I have lots of entertainment available for me today. Games I haven't won, and DVD's I haven't watched.

Pout: Can't get a job anywhere. Everyone wants a manager with years of experience, no one wants a guy who's never had a job before to be a cashier or something.

I'm in the same place, I've had a job though, but, nobody wants to hire me.

Oh well, may as well start plowing through the backlog.

Smile: The first peak at the new Sonic Generations game. Okay, I'm getting excited for another New Sonic game. The roller coaster goes UP the ramp....

Frown: This whole shut down thing. It's going to make a lot of things very inconvenient.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Same although the weird thing is I've had three jobs in my past (fired from none) and I can't find a job anywhere! I just want some extra money working part time while I go to college.
The thing is I just want a simple cashier job like you, just the employers rather hire 14 year old's in which they can pay a pittance to, not an old man 18 year old like me.

They allow 14 year olds to work in Australia? I figured it would be 16 like it is here.
