Assassin's Creed - 360
Rage HD - iPhone
Sonic CD - Sega CD
Dark Nebula: Episode 1 - iPhone *new*
Tempest 2000 (Traditional Tempest mode) - - Atari Jaguar *new*
Total: 86
Dark Nebula is another great iPhone game, and easily worth downloading for $1. I might give episode 2 a shot in the future. The last levels of 1 have left me simultaneously hurting from the punishment and wanting more.
I am counting Tempest as beaten as I 1cc'ed the first loop of the arcade port, though apparently the game loops through 99 levels of changed appearance and then randomly forever after that. I am still playing this and Tempest 2000, which I'll also add to the list if/when I can get through the first loop without continuing.
100 still seems possible, but it will take some work and some shorter games. I have a few other irons in the furnace, though...for example I am very close to beating Ikaruga before the unlimited continues kick in, and hope to have that one on the list next...

I moved on Saturday, and the first thing I did after my television was set up was to play some Sega. Because, you know, I had to test it out to make sure it still worked.... Whatever, the wife bought it.
I won the Stanley Cup with the Blackhawks on the Genesis, and just for a comparison, I won the Stanley Cup with the Bruins on the Sega CD. Both games are so great, but the little touches the Sega Cd adds makes a world of difference. I'll probably play more of this tonight after MNF.
Oh, and moving sucks. See the what ticked you off thread for details.

yeah NHL 94 is my favorite hockey game of all time. I had both the Genesis and Sega CD versions as well, and I really loved the Sega CD port hardcore. It just played so perfectly and had those cutscenes and great music and all. Awesome game.
Re: Games Beaten: 2010
2001 is more than likely my favorite, but '94 sure does give it a run for its money.
Not sure what cut scenes you're mentioning though. Hearing Ron Barr's voice from EA sports always puts a smile on my face.

(it's been yeaaaaaars but) didn't it have some elaborate intro that was lacking in the Gen version?

Sure does.
I thought you may have been referring to the between period highlight reels. I always love watching those.
Oh! While I'm thinking about it...
When I got to the Stanley Cup finals on the Genesis, during a 0-0 game in the first period, there was a delayed penalty on my opponent (Washington). My goalie was automatically pulled (although I was calling the line changes an the goalie was set to manual). Roenick crossed the blue line with the puck, and I was planning on a one timer from Chris Chelios, but when I passed backwards, the puck went into my own net.
Not only did I score on myself, but the penalty was waived too. It was so weird all I could do was laugh.

Awesome em - you should hit it!
Are those Doritos games worth the time to play?
Re: Games Beaten: 2010
Dash of Destruction is utterly pointless, only play it if you want a perfect 200/200 game on your 360, other than that stay away, its from the first batch of Dorito's games so to play it you actually need to download it to a PC, transfer it to a 360 formatted USB then play that way, not worth the effort.
Out of two new ones that you can get now Doritos Crash Course and a Harms Way, Crash Course is easily the best game. It takes your avatar and places it into a Trials HD meets Wipeout style gameshow and its pretty damn good for a free piece of software, it was only like 50mb as well.
Harm's Way on the other hand, while appearing utterly brilliant graphically compared to Crash Course, its just so stale and boring. Fairly generic racing game where the idea behind it is you play with a partner who controls torrents around the level and try's to shoot the other racers. What your left with is either playing a boring racing game or playing a boring shooting game.
Crash Course is well worth the free download, you can easily miss the other two.
