His Name is Alive - Happy Blues
Not a very well known band but they've been around for a long time. The only central member and composer is Warren Defever. Their music has a very haunting and sincere quality to it. This song is off their more Bluesy album. Their style also fluctuates from album to album but this one may be the most different as it uses a different vocalist.

Agreed, it ain't so bad. There's a fair amount of decent Metallica stuff from the 90s, the problem is that most of the songs from their 90s albums were generally medicore.
