Sushi, sashimim and nigiri last night. A red delicious apple and those granola bars that chip teeth for breakfast.

Speaking of which, am I the only person that likes Malt-O-Meal?

I like it, as well as cream of what.

I can't remember how I jokingly started calling it that any more.

Hot Chicken, Waffles, and Sweet Apples. Today was a good day, my sinuses have cleared and I am about to put some hurting on the toilet at work...

No sir, this is not facebook.

Hot Chicken, for those who have not been to Nashville, is like taking fat Chicken Tenders and soaking them in a hotsauce, then baking them on top of a piece of bread for 30 minutes (or waffles, or a grilled cheese sandwich). It is out of this world good if you like hot food. And I have been pretty good on my eating recently so I figure since the boss is paying for it, Id jump.

There's a food truck down here that does something like that, but they cook bacon into the waffle. It is incredible.

That all sounds amazing. I miss fall and fall foods.

That sounds amazing. When I first skimmed, I took it for Chicken + Waffles ala Pennsylvania Dutch style....which can also be quite delicious. I'm famished now. :(

It's so hard to figure out if gluten or dairy destroys me. I've eliminated a lot from my diet but man, when I slip in some bad food every once and awhile (going out with family and things like that), it messes me up for days after. I'm sure this has to be something weirdly food related.

But last night leaves me to believe it might be dairy. I had two slices of garlic bread, but then some twice baked potatoes with cheese and a big piece of this oreo ice cream cake.

Though I also had some iced tea lemonade which I'm sure had a lot of sugar in it and sometimes I think sugar messes with me too.

Anybody else get like weird upper body tightness and brain fog from food? I recently got tested for allergies and in there was 32 foods that I was tested for, nothing came back... but yeah maybe a real food allergist is the way to go if I want some extensive testing.

Gluten has been easy to cut back on, just have to try out different snacks (less carbs), but naturally my idea for lunch at work was going from sandwiches to yogurt. And pretty much every single day afterwards, I got this weird brain fog dizziness.

But then I don't know if it's some detoxing on stuff, the feel worse before you feel good idea.

Very random! Food, lol.

Today I had my usual tomato/basil chicken, broccoli, and wild rice. Which always makes me feel pretty good for the day. But I think I'm still feeling pretty off from last night.
