Well that is just plain silly.

Holy Toledo. Just browsed thru my console collection, and I have very few fps'. CODMW2, Bioshock &2, L4Dead, and only a few others. But my PC collection is dominated by fps games.

I really did lose interest in the genre because lack of mouse and kb support.

I recently sold a good chunk of my console FPS collection because I realized I never wanted to touch that shit with a controller again. It's not even mildly fun; it's just a chore. The only thing that could possibly be worse is playing a shooter on a handheld.

Gotta agree with Stark here. Started with my FPS games with a controller, going to stick it there. Still waiting on a game to really pull out some realism with guns though. Not very often I see a shotgun get correctly represented in a game.

Soooo. I'm interested in Doom 3 BFG Edition. Just hope somebody I know gets it... *sob* All my friends play Call of Doody...

I find it funny how so many PC gamers can say these things, about how they are physically incapable, and its accepted and cool. I say that I can't play with a keyboard due to a slight physical problem I have, and guess what? I constantly get ripped on whenever it does get brough up, or if I ask if the game has an option for it. The world is so ass backwards sometimes...

If you're not sure, then no, it probably won't. But "I can't play it" isn't an excuse to complain that they aren't getting made, because realistic war shooters are abundant... On the PC.

That article wasted a lot of breath and profanity complaining about how much she hates analog controls, but precious little on why. The crux of her argument seems to be "The analog stick is a fiddly little piece of shit when it comes to aiming" and, well, that's always seemed pre-eminently obvious to me.
