Ken - Street Fighter Alpha 3

(I didn't mean for the word "or" in there to come off sounding like an uncertain guess)

You better cover every base, Ken-Street Fighter Alpha 3, GBA, made by Capcom.
Or Street Fighter Zero 3.

Or Street Fighter Alpha 3:
Arcade
Sega Dreamcast
Game Boy Advance
PlayStation
PlayStation 2
PlayStation Portable
Sega Saturn

I wouldn't want anyone to lose a point on a technicality.

If you look here: http://www.gamespot.com/features/6092391/p-3.html

It says: "As such, the game was also one of the first to incorporate stereo sound and actual human voices." One of the first, not the first, and it came out in 83.

Only the sit down version of Sinistar was stereo, but it came out in 82: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sinistar#Legacy

I wanted to post the "Beware I live" or "Run coward" samples, but they would have been too easy.
