Speaking of Bond, I just noticed this:

What was the last movie you've seen?
Re: What was the last movie you've seen?
Avengers. 8/10
Can't believe all the folks giving it 10/10 on IMDB. Popularity contest indeed.

Considering half of our american superheroes are played by brits, I don't see the problem with a non-british bond. As long as the actor can pull it off. Jackman was offered the role but turned it down.

Tiger on the Beat
Another HK buddy-cop comedy item of mediocrity (unfortunately). But it is redeemed by a fantastic chainsaw duel!

Thank God.
I've grown quite fond of Craig.

Not exactly a fan of Baz but this looks watchable:
The Great Gatsby

Also, don't know if I mentioned, but I recently saw Ip Man and Ip Man 2, but really good martial arts movies. Loved em both.

Thank you for that. Found it on youtube. I'm writing a movie where the "hero" has a "Chain-Sword" and the bad guy has an arm mounted circular saw, and this is a fantastic reference.

Both excellent movies. I used to hold the movie Fist of Legend as 'the bar' for Martial Arts movies. It was excellent, great story, AWESOME fights, etc. But then I watched Ip Man.
Fucking. Wow. Bar: Raised. About 27 inches. I liked Ip1 better than Ip2, but that's not to say that Ip2 wasn't good. It was awesome.
