Tip: Drink a glass of apple cider vinegar (10%) diluted with water (90%) after every meal.

Preferably unfiltered organic ACV with sediment on the bottom...

DO NOT ADD SUGAR !!!

It will help digest your food while keeping you from making too much stomach acid.

It will also help keep your liver and gallbladder healthy and bile ducts unclogged.

Which in its turn will also help prevent acid reflux...

Get your levels checked. A simple blood test will do it and hopefully put you at ease.

Or don't get it checked, and don't worry about it...

People worry too much...

Just take care of that acid reflux...

:( : Today I found out that the L2 button on my PS2 controller "doesn't work", which is probably fixable but I don't have a screwdriver that'll fit in the thingamajig to take it apart so I can look at it.

Acekard finally released a patch for 3DS 4.3 so I updated and then did a system update.

However, the system update put me on 4.4 so now the Acekard doesn't work

So now I gotta wait months for the next patch and then update it on a different DS. (None of my friends have a DS, last time I had to take the card to Gamestop and pretend I was interested in buying an XL while I slyly updated the card )

boourns.

Smile: FOOTBALL! With REAL REFS! Plus FOOTBALL FOOD!

I have two racks of baby back ribs in the slow cooker which will be finished off on the grill. Both have a dry rub on them, and only one rack will be lathered in a homemade chipotle and molasses bbq sauce. For sides we'll have potato salad, corn on the cob and baked beans. Dinner can't get here soon enough.

Something else to smile about: Made an incredible vegetable soup last night. Should have halved the recipe as I have about two gallons of the stuff. Watched my Pirates put on a clinic during their game, and for the first time in weeks I got a good nights sleep.

Frown: Monday is lurking around the corner.
