Smile: I'm happy to say that I managed to complete my first modding job tonight, and I didn't even put an eye out!
Granted, it was such a simple thing that anyone experienced with soldering and the like could probably do it one handed and blindfolded.
I added sound output on my scart to component converter. It took three attempts. The first time, there was sound from the red cable, but not the white. Second time, I got sound out of the white cable, but it was a godawful buzzing noise. The third time proved to be the charm though, and now it works perfectly.
I know, small thing really, but I can't help being pleased anyway.

Re: What Made you Smile/What Ticked you off Today?
Been having chest pains lately, usually right after eating a meal. Just a few minutes ago I felt some sharp pain in my chest&back, as if I had swallowed some sharp object, right after eating. Any one here ever had a heart attack? I'd like to know if pain like that is a warning sign.
I know that weight and cholestrol isn't the same thing and that 95% of the food that I consume is pure crap, but I'm just a little over 20 and normal weight so clogged up arteries sounds a little unlikely.
Damn first world problems

Sounds like a bad case of acid reflux.Menegrothx wrote:Been having chest pains lately, usually right after eating a meal. Don't worry, from what I've read this has nothing to do with your heart.
Do worry about the acid reflux though.
Bad food is just one of the things that triggers acid reflux.
Another is stress.
Eat healthy food and try to relax a little. Don't drink alcohol either.
If the symptons don't go away, go see a doctor. He will prescribe you antacida.
This will keep you from making stomach acid to give the sphincter time to heal. Hopefully...

I probably have it and my brother has it, it really sucks.
He hates it since he has to take medicine before he eats spicy foods.
