What was the last movie you've seen?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

It was actually called "George Lopez".

The creative team behind this name was obviously not very creative.

Or Zorro?
Maybe THE GAY BLADE, but the rest of the films didn't do much for me. The last Zorro film was atrocious.

I should have at least gone with reruns of that George Lopez sitcom. Was it "Yes, Lopez", "According to Lopez", or just "Lopez"?
You didn't like Mask of Zorro? The one with Antonio Banderez and Anthony Hopkins? I thought that was a great movie, but I haven't seen it since the 90s.

The first Antonio Zorro was pretty dog gone good. The sequel was an abomination.

Can't disagree there.

Oh man, I loved Zorro, The Gay Blade. That was George Hamilton though not George Lopez.

The Avengers

Nothing much to add to all the positive response except that the Captain America helmet/armor is a bit goofy looking but that's about it. It's a bit sad that the movie rights for Spiderman and X-Men can't go back to Marvel to add them to this universe for the Avengers 2.

the movie rights

Sony is the culprit on this,

If you think about the big bad for A2 and place Disney money behind it, things could change...for Avengers 3.

Lot to live up to.

There is always the chance that the new Spiderman movie just under performs and Sony realizes that the franchise isn't worth it and stops making them but that is doubtful. X-Men movies still make money so those rights are still there. Fantastic 4,The Punisher, and Daredevil will probably be the first rights to go back.

What would be great is 4 more Avengers movies - hear me out.
Signs point to the Infinity War being the grand scheme of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Namely the Gauntlet in Thor, and Thanos at the end of Avengers. There were two main stories. The Infinity Gauntlet, and the Infinity War. I would love to see 2 more movies at 2.5 hours a piece to cover the Gauntlet books. Then 2 more movies at 2.5 hours a piece to cover the War books. Thanos courting Death, losing the gauntlet to Terraxia, Warlock taking the gauntlet, etc. It would be a total nerdgasm. Though I'm sure it would be like 15 years until it all ended - but what a ride!
