So for those of you who didn't order it, here's some highlights. Um, spoilers ahead obviously

Truth and Miz were in the crowd with tickets to the show, but Johnny Ace and security made them leave

Sheamus and Christian had a good match, with Sheamus getting the victory. Christian looked pretty strong though. Sheamus had a cool moment where he was in the corner and sort of did a flip up onto the turnbuckle. That's the sort of move you expect from a guy like Mysterio or Morrison

Kofi and Evan Bourne beat Ziggler and Swagger to retain the tag titles. Swagger took the fall. Fun match. Vickie of course flipped out.

Cody came out in the best segment of the whole damn show. He took the IC title and put it in a paper bag! Then he pulled out the "classic" IC title worn by the likes of Macho Man, Brett Hart, Steve Austin and Ricky Steamboat and said he would wear that title with more pride and integrity than any of them. He then got booked in an impromptu match against Morrison that he had to wrestle in his street clothes. He still got the win though because, well, it's Morrison. Morrison did land a nice, AJ Styles-like pelee kick on Cody during the match though

Mark Henry beat Orton decisively once again in a surprisingly decent match in my opinion. He then tried to break Orton's leg. Orton moved out of the way though and then started "hearing voices" and attacking Henry repeatedly with a chair until Henry retreated. Expect yet another match between these two I guess. Orton has had two clean losses to him already. Wow. Before the match, Henry had a funny interview with Matt Striker where he made fun of him by imitating his voice, then got serious and said that he would beat Orton in a cage or anywhere. I think we saw a glimpse of what Henry would be like as a babyface right now with him making fun of Striker

At some point during the show we saw Miz and Truth beat the crap out of Kofi and Bourne backstage before being removed by security. The Game was pissed at Johny Ace for not calling the cops

Beth defeated Kelly Kelly for the title after Natalia got on the mic and insulted Kelly while Beth had her in a submission hold, then clocked Kelly Kelly in the head with the mic behind the ref's back. You could actually hear Kelly screaming into the mic when Beth had her in the submission hold. Nice segment, the crowd didn't seem to care though. WWE waited way too long to do this, but Nattie was quite the awesome heel tonight

With a little help from Ricardo, Del Rio managed to lock Cena outside the cage and also get his hands on a lead pipe, which he pummeled CM Punk with to get the 3 count. Lame. After that, the cage went up and Cena ran in to get him some of Del Rio. Then two hooded guys came in with lead pipes and beat the crap out of Del Rio and Cena. Triple H, Johnny Ace and a bunch of refs came out. Someone lowered the cage though so Hunter couldn't get in. A couple refs were in there though and they got beat up by Miz and Truth. They also beat the crap out of two camera man and CM Punk. The ENTIRE WWE LOCKER ROOM came out and were all standing outside the cage trying to get inside. When someone finally came out with some cutters and broke through the chain lock, Miz and Truth got on their knees and put their hands behind their heads as the cops came in and arrested them. However, as the cops were taking them up the ramp, Triple H flipped out and attacked them. He even shoved Johnny Ace for trying to stop him. Eventually, some guys grabbed Hunter and seperated him from Miz and Truth to end the show

Decent show I think, I especially like that Jim Ross was on commentary. He's been missing on some pay per views. I think he really added something to the show tonight. Maybe it's just me, but it seemed like they actually let him talk more. He was really livid when Truth and Miz were beating the crap out of everyone at the end of the show

I don't know why they continue with the Hell in the Cell matches.

They can never top the Undertaker vs Mankind match, never.

Well they could, but it would require some borderline illegal stuff and no way the WWE wants to really risk another guy dieing in the ring.

I mean i doubt Vince would have a problem with another guy dieing persay ( I mean he did make people wrestle in the ring that Owen just died in all those years ago), but as Paul O'Brein mentioned on his blog, they honestly seem to be trying to keep to a TV PG in some regards these days.

Furthermore, a gimmick match like this really should be used once in a blue moon, not yearly.

I did want to see the two sin cara fight. How did that go?

SPOILER ALERT: If you don't want to know the results don't read this post!

I didn't watch the PPV but I read the reviews on the site a bit ago. I wasn't all that surprised with the outcomes to be honest. I'm real glad Sheamus won an' glad that Kelly Kelly lost; that women's title division had grown so stagnant up to this point I was getting annoyed every time I heard any of their entrances.

I'm annoyed with Del Rio regaining the title because that means more onscreen time for him an' his mediocre heel antics. He's seriously gotta step it up, imho.

I was kind of half paying attention during the Sin Cara match. I think I noticed a minor botch or two and the crowd was chanting boring. It was about what you could expect with lots of flippy moves and good Sin Cara eventually going over. They were copying each other's moves a lot too. I guess to show that they are similar. Bad Sin Cara had a new entrance theme by the way and a black colored outfit. Some of the crowd was into this match, but it seemed like good Sin Cara had to really make an effort to get them into it and as I mentioned before another part of the crowd was just being rude with the boring chants. This would probably go over better in Mexico, where they are eventually headed

I actually liked the Orton/Henry cage match, but I agree that they are not what they used to be

There was a cool spot where Henry picked up Orton and slammed him against two sides of the cage and then the ring post before finally putting him down. Another cool spot had Henry THROWING the ring steps at Orton, with him dodging at the last moment. They told a decent story during the match with Henry dominating while the announcers said that Henry might be the new apex predator in the WWE. I really liked that. Orton kept getting these brief moments of offense before Henry would just shut him down each time. Eventually, Orton got the upper hand by slamming Henry's head into the ring steps. Then he did the usual DDT move off of the ropes, nailed him with a drop kick and eventually landed the RKO. Henry kicked out though, at which point the announcers said that Randy Orton CAN'T beat Mark Henry. So Orton went for the punt and got a World's Strongest Slam for his efforts. 1...2...3.

He actually hit Orton with another World's Strongest Slam before setting up the chair to try and break his leg. I'm not sure how Orton had any fight left in him after two World's Strongest Slams, especially when he sold the second one so well. I guess they didn't want to completely squash Orton here because he's been putting Henry over in a big way

I loved how they did the finish to the divas match. Even though Beth won, the focus was on Natalya. She showed a real nasty side here. She was so sadistic telling Kelly Kelly to scream into the mic and then hitting her in the head with it. You could hear that loud noise when the mic hit Kelly Kelly's head too. Nasty. That's what I want to see in the divas division. ANGRY women FIGHTING, not flipping and spinning around and spanking each other's asses. Like Gail Kim and Awesome Kong in TNA. That was epic

Cody Rhodes is making the most out of a bad gimmick, and killing it. I like how his deliberate overly dramatic delivery covers his lisp, which is probably kind of a big deal in a profession which requires you to speak in front of huge crowds, and it sets him apart, he does not sound or look like "just another guy", a huge plus.

Now they just need to bring back the classic WWF title belt instead of that thing they have now.

Some interestings news bits:

"Zack Ryder has joined the list of top 10 WWE merchandise movers with names like CM Punk, Sin Cara, John Cena and Rey Mysterio, based on recent numbers from their shop website."

"WWE has made references to the black Sin Cara being upset about the blue Sin Cara stealing his identity as Mistico in the past while both were in Mexico. Before Mistico (blue Sin Cara) debuted in Mexico, Hunico (black Sin Cara) wrestled as Mistico. The story goes that the CMLL promotion won the rights to the name Mistico in 2005, forcing Hunico to change his name to Mystico."

"WWE's website posted an interview with Intercontinental Champion Cody Rhodes last night after he brought back the classic white title belt.

In the video, Rhodes talked about how important the Intercontinental Title used to be. He said people like Santino Marella, Ezekiel Jackson and Chyna tarnished the prestige of the Intercontinental Title"

""WWE.com has learned that The Great Khali has suffered a fractured fibula following a brutal attack by World Heavyweight Champion Mark Henry on SmackDown Friday night.

Dr. Michael Sampson confirmed the devastating injury to The Punjabi Giant and that the fracture was very similar to the injuries suffered by both Big Show and Kane at the hands of The World’s Strongest Champion. "

So basically this means that Mark Henry has destroyed every giant in the WWE, beaten its apex predator clean twice and successfully fought off the entire Smackdown roster on two occasions. Just putting things into perspective for you guys. That's a f***ing champion right there!
