I quite enjoy the game. I like shoot-em ups, and this one gives a bit of a different theme and levels than the far too common space theme.

I didn't realize people disliked Gynoug/Wor. I've always thought it was pretty unique and entertaining. It's not Thunderforce levels of awesome but it's not Arrow Flash levels of mediocre. It resides in the middle somewhere. The occasionally bizarre theme and bosses help make it interesting as well.

I guess I can see how some people might be put off by it. I like it a lot though.

Well it is the precursor to the Cho Aniki games.

But not even close to being as silly.

I just bought Outrun 2019, and I don't care what anyone says, its a ton of fun.

And the music is just awesome. Relight My Fire gets me all excitable.

And just think! In six short years we will all have cars equipped with booster rockets that max out at 684 mph while we ramp across broken sections of elevated highways.

It's a really underrated member of the Outrun family in my opinion. It's got a great sense of speed and classic music. It's not really a deep or lengthy experience but neither is the original. It's just a fun arcade-style carnival ride that's good for blowing five or ten minutes.

It's one of those games that's worth paying the few dollars it's worth to enjoy for what it is.

I don't know if I'd go that far as it can be a little slow and draggy in parts but it's definitely a well crafted platformer that deserves to be played. I wish the "Duckverse" would get more attention in video games and cartoons.

Started playing Zombies Ate My Neighbors in the spirit of the season, made it to around level 25 before having to restart due to running out of people to save. The password system makes it quite difficult at times, it's a fun game with a great art direction though.

I Recently bought BATMAN for Sega Genesis. This one is based on the 1989 film with Michael Keaton and Jack Nicholson, not the Animated Series.

I genuinely like the art and the music. It's missing the famous Danny Elfman theme, but the original game music by Naoki Kodaka is excellent.

On the other hand, this game is brutally hard. It took me ten tries just to pass the second level. That said, it's the good kind of hard. Do you know what I mean? It's the kind of hard that leaves you saying, "I know I can beat that guy if I try just one more time. I'm sure I can win if I try again."

Yep. All Sunsoft games are like this.

Well, the good ones

Is this the same game as the NES one? Because if so, then hell yeah, that game is awesome! One of the best action-platformers on the NES.

If the Genesis version is the same, and a good port, then I'm sure it rocks with even better graphics than the NES one.

Both the NES version and the Genesis version were made by Sunsoft. Both have music by Naoki Kodaka. Both are very darn hard, but they are totally different games. The Genesis Batman is not a port, but a totally original game built from the ground up for Sega Genesis. Give it a play sometime.

There is kind of a crappier (believe it or not) port of Return of the Joker on the Genesis, but yes, the original Batman game is a different beast entirely and worth giving a shot.

There are a lot of similarities but more differences.

Played Buster's hidden treasure the other night. Worth playing if you like platformers. It's a sonic rip-off that screws up the things that most sonic rip-offs screw up. It's a better game in the slower paced stages.
