Broodstar’s Game Boy Collection ~updated 23.08.2014~
Re: Broodstar’s Game Boy Collection ~updated 13.06.2013~
I heard slightly sanding down the back of a sp could smooth out scratches. I'm not sure if thats a good idea. What do you think?

You'd need to keep going until you got all the silvered paint off though otherwise you'll have a mottled mess. Even then you'll have paint left in crevasses, have probably sanded off details, and a system that's a different color from what it was.
Anyway, we should stop messing up Broodstar's thread.

Would the only good way be to repaint it?

Where did you buy most of your games from?
Re: Broodstar’s Game Boy Collection ~updated 13.06.2013~
Online shops from my country, collectors that i know, amazon and flea markets. In that order.muhanad wrote:Where did you buy most of your games from?
But the retro gaming market is poor in Romania: few collectors, few games in the flea markets... The online shops are so-so.
Tip: you can open a thread with your collection and ask more specific questions there. Or a thread in one of the specific sections (like Nintendo).
Because only few people are looking in my collection thread but many more are browsing others so you can get more answers.

Edit: Wow you got trip world! Did you have to get that off ebay or were you lucky enough to find it in the wild?

Got it locally for about 60$... Not too cheap but definitely not expensive for this game.muhanad wrote:Wow you got trip world! Did you have to get that off ebay or were you lucky enough to find it in the wild?

I have finally found a GBA in very good condition.
The tribal sp was bonus, it has some scratches on the outside but nothing too serious.
Two gba games:

The grey zelda

Only got it for the collection (i already have the dx version of the game).
And a sealed pokemon:
