I got an artbook. My gamestop said they got about 9 in and they were only being given to pre-orders made before the 26th or 27th. I think the book itself is really nice. It's not a hardcover, but all the pages seem to have been printed on high gloss photo paper. And wow, one already sold for $45... This is not a $40 book. Please go out and buy a nice coffee table book before you spend that much on a 12 page artbook.

I picked mine up today w/ artbook :) and plan to tear into it this weekend. I did however found it strange that no strategy guide was made for the game. :? Its actually really refreshing that playing a RPG doesn't require a guide to get all the good stuff in the game.

PS For all the people who bought it just to look at it unopened, I have just the thing for you lol.

I'm 73 hours in with no end in sight. I've been doing all the sidequests though, of which I've now completed 304

Wow, so I can sell this thing that came free with my game purchase, and my game purchase will pretty much have been free? That's tempting, but I think I'll hold onto it.

The temptation is high for me as well. People are selling sealed game+artbooks for $75 already. Suddenly I understand why ZenErik doesn't open his games.

I got the email from Nintendo earlier today about buying the game with the classic controller. But can you get the artbook?

They didn't immediately put one out for me either and I only got one because I remembered to mention it to the employee there.

Not sure if it is a soft or hardback, but probably between the two.
