Never thought to check Amazon, I'm usually not down with buying food online. I will check it out though, thanks.

Not hot sauce, but has anyone had curry? There are endless varieties of course, but I had some at a state fair once that was so hot it just about made food inedible. And I can take a lot of spice.

Really? It is all over the place in stores here and when I was on business trips around the US I don't think I ever went to a small Asian food place that didn't have it on the tables. This looks like your best bet on Amazon.

Though maybe if you're doing a trade with someone already, having them grab some from the grocery store might be cheaper.

I live in a really small shitty town, there are literally two grocery stores and unfortunately neither of them stock it. I don't eat at restaurants so I've never had the opportunity to try it. I'll order some off Amazon and try it though, love me some hot sauces.

Wal-Mart carries sriracha sauce, as does literally every grocery store in my town. If there is an Asian restaurant near you, simply ask the manager if they carry it and I'm sure he/she'll sell you a bottle.

As for the pronunciation, I mostly hear it pronounced "sree-ah-cha", but is spoken very fast.

Huy Fong, who makes the sriracha sauce with the rooster on the bottle, also makes an incredible sambal oelek sauce, which is basically a chili paste that is a stronger version of sriracha sauce. I always put a healthy dab of sambal oelek on my rice when I'm having Thai Curry.

Anyone else put vegemite on their toast?

I love curry. My favorite is this red kind that comes in a red can, with a black-and-white photo of a woman on the label. Cook chicken in it and add coconut milk, and you've got a great curry. I also like yellow, green, and brown curry.

Check Walmart as Luke said. My mother just bought some the other day when I went with her shopping.

And I live in Maine. Maine is partly dead.
