No fan of either the show or the Paper Mario RPGs should miss this game, and just watching someone play through it would be equivalent to just watching someone play through Paper Mario. I would not recommend that, and although watching someone play through this game is probably much more entertaining than watching people play through most RPGs, I think you would miss a lot just watching it.

I've heard it called Lewd Paper Mario.

That's pretty much it. If it avoids Paper Mario:TTYD's late game back tracking, it has the might be the best game in the series (much like how Okami is the best 3D Zelda game).

Lewd doesn't quite cover it. I've already seen some quick gags that make me wonder how it managed to only get an M rating.

I wondered that too. Did you explore Cartman's mom's bedroom? I put everything I found there in my toy box.

Picked this up right after work yesterday, I have been excited for it for a very long time. I played a couple hours last night and was not disappointed at all, it's everything I hoped it would be and if you are a fan of the show, it's a must.

Mini rant about GameStop:
I stopped in to one on the way home from work to get the game, I can see 5 or more copies of the ps3 version on the shelf. I wait forever since they only have 1 person working and finally get to the counter. He asks me if I pre-ordered it, which I replied no. He checks his computer and tells me he only has enough to fill pre orders. I leave frustrated, since this isnt the first time this happened to me. What kind of business model is it to only order the exact amount of games that were pre ordered? Do they not think that people might want to buy a game on a whim? No worries, target had me covered, and all was well.

I hear you, and in many cases, they don't even order enough to fill the pre-orders! This happens constantly with CEs of games, which is why I'm always in first thing in the morning to pick up my stuff. It's quite ridiculous.

Spent some more time with the game last night and encountered some frame-rate stuttering. It was not "game breaking" by any menas, but is was noticable. (If the game were animated like anything other than South Park, it would have been pretty bad, but the show's stilted animation hides it fairly well.) I am still enoying the game, however, and I had a lot of fun using the game's excellent combat system to beat up drug addicts and the homeless.

I encountered one graphical glitch where half of Randy's body parts weren't rendering, but when he shifted poses it corrected itself.

I'm at the start of the third day and the plot is thickening.

Well, just finished. I think it took a total of 13 hours or so for me to finish, but I had a couple of dangling quests (hobos and preschoolers) and I wasn't able to get all the Chinpokomon. Unfortunately, it seems a few of them are in time-limited areas, so I won't be able to get them on my current file. After you beat the game you can wander around town to pick up any remaining collectables you want/finish quests.

I'll do another playthrough at some point in the future and go for a few challenges.
