I love the oXbox. Once soft modded it becomes so versitile. I have them dotted all around my house, 1 in the living room connected to my Sony Trinitron 36in CRT for watching films and series, (XBMC), another in the bedroom for the same thing connected to a Samsung 26in 4:3 CRT, another in the dining room connected to my Phillips 14in crt Amiga monitor for playing games. I still look at it in awe considering what the hackers turned it into, I mean any game you want installed on the hard drive, and wow, all the amazing emulation which has enabled me to play all of the arcade games that I grew up with plus many many more that I'd never even heard of. Then it's a music player as well! Awesome.
It's so easy to mod, and send stuff to it, it's great, and reliable too.
And you can pick them up for peanuts, so yes there are many great things about having one, (or 7 in my case!).
