The plan is to finish the original series and work my way up to the X series. However, I'm thinking I'm going to take a break after 8 is done, and sit down with some Castlevania's, considering the season and all..
You gonna hit up MM9 and MM10 as well? Definitely recommended. Also I think you should throw Megaman & Bass in there as well. I'd go with a translated SNES rom over the GBA version personally, much better music and the screen isn't cropped up or anything. And heck, for another recommendation since I just finished it, definitely check out Megaman V on the GB if you haven't... it's completely it's own thing and was really awesome, great music, awesome unique robot masters, and some cool twists at the end.

So I got like 4 hours of sleep myself last night and I'm the Terminator this morning. I don't know about you other unemployed folks, but when I've got errands and things to do one day it just sets me on fire (for now? haha...), woke up today and had to meet someone for some ink fingerprinting, then run up to the bank to make a deposit and get this application notarized, then drop by the post office to drop all this stuff off. Phew! What a day for me... lol.

I'm working on getting a new Pharmacy Tech license since I was offered a really good position recently and I've been very assertive with my contact about it, she guaranteed an interview when I have my new license in hand which shall be soon! Really hoping this works out. 8)

All that said, I'm sure I'll be taking a long powernap soon ...

Didn't get a wink of sleep last night and I'm still kind of drunk. Work should be... interesting.

Definitely will hit up MM9 and 10 again, although I just recently beat them both. Still, I enjoyed them enough to give them another go! I'd love to give Megaman & Bass a go, but I've really been trying to avoid emulated releases. Will the translated rom work on my oXBox emulator? MMV will definitely be added to the queue, since I'm hearing so many good things about it..

On a side note, I never did get around to the Lords of Shadows expansion episodes, so I was thinking of hitting those up for the Halloween season..

I haven't played Red Faction II for over 2 years. I miss this type of brawling action. I told Hobie I was going to bed 2 hours ago. Guess what I've been doing for the past two hours.

One gun. Just one. The NICW. What a beautiful gun. Deathmatch. Warlords. Kills: 231; deaths: 72. Second player: Kills 100; deaths: 123.

I fucking love this game. I've also been drinking, but you would too after reading Bion's Lament for Adonis and Pseudo-Moschus' Epitaph of Bion.

Well, 4 1/2 hours of sleep 2 nights ago and 5 1/2 last night. Creeping up on when I should be going to bed even if I hadn't had less sleep than I should have the past 2 nights but I'm still going strong. :?

I'd definitely imagine so.

But yeah, personally I think MM&B kind of tears up MM7 and MM8. It's similar to those but way better in my book. It's damn tough though, seriously one of the hardest games in the series, heh. I remember the bosses and boss rushes in the later stages being very challenging and playing as Bass makes the bosses even worse since his buster is so much weaker than Megaman (because of the rapid fire and directional control), but yeah he's still really fun to play as.

The wonders of watching shows online. Been watching Fringe, Young Justice and Veronica Mars on my laptop and now it's 4:30 AM. Time flies

Hulu or something? My friend keeps telling me I'd probably really like Fringe.

My online resources:

Fringe's first season is currently on thewb website. You'll get the most out of this show if you watch it from the beginning. Recent episodes can be found on Hulu, but Fox imposes an annoying eight day waiting period before a new episode can be uploaded.

Thewb site also has seasons 1 and 2 of Veronica Mars, which is a lot since the show only had three seasons. There's some good stuff on that site

Youtube has episodes of Young Justice if you search around

Dailymotion has the whole season of Slayer's Revolution and I think Evolution as well
