.
Some people won't leave feedback for a buyer, only for a seller / trader. This is a judgement call I suppose, I know feedback is allowed for making a payment, but I also know some members feel that can sway the feedback system and the fear is that for example, someone buys 10 items at $5-10 apiece and now they have +10 feedback, that person takes that +10 feedback and goes on to make a trade or sale of a high-priced item and then skips town. This scenario just played out on NA.
Sometimes people just forget, a polite PM reminder is not a bad idea, i've gotten a few of those, "Hey, could you please leave me some feedback, I left you some just now, thanks." - And i'm glad to get those, the reality is we sometimes forget.
Also, one more scenario is when you don't get feedback, the person may not feel you deserve a negative, but they also may not feel like you deserve a positive, so they give you nothing.
It happens, I wouldn't worry too much about missing 3.

Ok, so sorry if this is a dumb question but I have not traded here before but I hope to start selling/trading soon and I was wondering...when trading do you pay eachother's shipping? Or just pay your own? I'm sure people come to their own agreements and such but I was just wondering how it usually works.

if doing a straight trade, then usually you'd just pay to ship out whatever you're sending. You can kind of think of the cost of shipping as part of the value of what you're trading.

Indeed, if trading stuff that is about the same weight, I just discuss with the other person so that we both use the same method of FC/Priority/Parcel and whether we're both using delivery confirmation or not. Obviously if if someone is sending a loose cart and the other is sending a console that will be big and heavy with a power brick, that needs to be factored in.
